Senior  Discount: 10% discount to anyone over 60 years of age who stays 4 nights or longer between May 1st and June 22nd or Aug 17th to Sept. 30th.  Only good on new reservations, must mention special when making reservations. Can not be combined with any other offer.

During our main season (mid June to mid Aug) we rent our cabins on a weekly basis from Sat. to Sat.  At other times of the year we will do shorter stays but not shorter than 2 nights. During those times the 
Nightly rate is 1/5 of weekly rate.  

Prices Subject to State Sales Tax of 6.875% but NO lodging tax, resort tax, service charge, gratuity fee or any other hidden fees.

• Each cabin rate is based on a set number of people and each cabin has a maximum number of people allowed.  Extra Persons over the base rate will be charged at the rate of $25 per day or $125 per week, plus the cost of a roll-a-way if required. No charge for children under the age of two.
• Day use fees apply to guests when occupancy exceeds the number of people the cabin rate is based on. Day use fees are $5 per person if they stay less that 4 hours and $10 per person if they stay more that 4 hours.  All guests must register in the office.  Prior approval of 5 or more day use guests is appreciated
• If you will need a change of bedding for your cabin a service charge will apply. 
• VISA, MasterCard & Discover are Accepted
• Roll-A-Ways are $5 per night, $25 per week.
• Cribs are $10 per week.
• All units have color cable TV, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, bed linens,  BBQ grill, adirondack chairs and picnic table are supplied with each unit,
• VCR or DVD Players $5 per day or $25 per week
• We love pets but we really love clean cabins, grounds and quiet surroundings even more so we do not allow pets. 
• All Units are Non Smoking 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A security deposit is required for each unit at the time of the reservation with a check or credit card.. If you cancel within 90 days of your reservation and we are not able to rebook your unit for the same period, you are responsible for the entire cost of the reservation.  If you cancel your reservation outside of 90 days and we are not able to rebook your unit for the same period you will forfeit your deposit.  If we are able to rebook your cabin at any time we will refund your deposit less a $50 service charge.     Full payment for groups of three or more units is required 60 days in advance of reservation.

Recreational Rentals
Recreational Equipment:  Free for registered guests. Great sand beach, tennis court rackets and balls, badminton rackets and birds, shuffleboard, horseshoes, table tennis, sand volleyball, basketball, softball and bat, quiet table games, library books and magazines, large sand box, swing set, teeter totters, riding toys, jump ropes.

Game Room:  (Not open in the off season) Ping Pong, Pool table,  Fooseball, Juke box, Big screen TV.
